| frustrated having to answer calls every 10 seconds. It's pretty busy over and I'm guessing he answers 90% of the calls. Everytime I call, it's him. I remember calling several months back and he was like man it's closing time and were ready to go. Sometimes he does get a little ill on the phone, but he's better to talk to in person, in my opinion. He, also, definately prefers people that call him to have some knowledge about Z cars. I've had a pretty good experience with Z1, though. John's helped me get my car started again when I had no idea why it wouldn't crank which turn out to be the CAS having a bad connection. They also built me a Z monster car that is one of the fastest cars in town. If you decide to take your business somewhere else, just make sure that shop knows what they're doing, because in my area, even the finest certified mechanics have no clue at all how our cars work or know what parts are the best for it, which is why I decided to go to Z1.
